Kiss Abraham participated in the Testimonies of Change project from September 2022 to April, 2023.
The Project was a collaboration with Hivos that challenged MA Non Linear Narrative students at the Royal Academy of Art KABK to understand the local effects of global injustices and connect to the lived experiences of activists campaigning for climate justice, LGBTQ and women’s rights in Namibia, Niger, Tunisia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
The semester long experience culminated into an exhibition at the Hague in the Netherlands.
The exhibition presented six stories of transformational change through the voices of communities leading the way in re-imagining a more equitable and just future with with Kiss’ lifework and lifestory installed by MA student Mr. Kai Jiao as one of the exhibits.
